INFORMATION ON THE CORONAVIRUS

eXpression Umeå takes its responsibility and follows Public Health Authority recommendations to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 coronavirus.

Since we are in a university environment, we also comply with the guidelines that apply from Umeå University. This means that in the Curiosum building, where there are actors from several organisations and companies, we will temporarily cancel all events involving the public and external participants, regardless of the size of the group. As far as possible, our meetings within the various programmes are conducted digitally. Meetings or visits with visitors from other countries are cancelled or converted to digital. Internal work and meetings can continue as usual but always consider digital options. Travel within Sweden is limited as much as possible.

Since 14 March, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises against all unnecessary travel to all countries. This means that if you have been travelling to other countries, whether privately or on business, you should work away from home for two weeks from arrival in Sweden. This also applies retroactively to people who arrived in Umeå after 1 March. Always stay at home in case of respiratory symptoms, fever and/or cough, whether you have been travelling or not. https://www.umu.se/covid-19/
