Inspirational lecture on the future of sustainable trade

The physical store is playing a new role for the customer as large parts of the retail sector become digital. Customer and consumption behaviours are changing and the demands for sustainability, responsibility and co-creation are high among today's consumers.

We look into the future, post Corona, and get an inspirational lecture where we talk about how to direct an experience and control customer behaviour in the store without saying a word. The art of using basic human behaviour to build brands, creating definite thoughts and emotions while meeting the needs of the consumer.

The lecture will be given by Magnus Ohlsson from We Hunt For Heads. Magnus is passionate about retail and has extensive experience in the industry, both as CEO, sales and marketing manager.
