Anna Parry, co-founder of the\ninternational design studio Proto Proto, is holding a\ntogether with Svensk Form, is holding an interactive digital workshop for\nmembers on 20 May. The workshop \"Creativity in Crisis\" will give creators\n tools and inspiration to rise above the current economic\ncircumstances and explore new possibilities together. The message is\nclear: there is a time after the corona pandemic and by letting it\ncreative can create a sustainable future.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

- I\nhope that the workshop will give participants a positive sense of possibility,\nwithout diminishing the fact that many creators have been hit extremely hard by the crisis,\nsays Anna Parry<\/strong>, co-founder of the international\ndesign studio Proto Proto. I want to show the joy and hope that can\ncome from taking some control over your circumstances and your future.\nThe workshop will provide the energy and insight to identify what\ndoors that have been opened, while reminding us that creativity means\nboth thinking in new ways and seeing opportunities in changing circumstances. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also\n the focus right now is on saving lives, through heroic care,\n and supporting businesses with support packages and crisis management.\nthe \"Creativity in Crisis\" initiative wants to highlight new opportunities that have emerged\nas a result of the corona pandemic. These include the potential for\nstructural behavioural changes that can contribute to solutions in a\nanother ongoing crisis, the climate. This could involve more teleworking,\nchanging travel habits and increasing civil society involvement, but\ncreativity and creativity must play a central role in the future of\n development work - and for that, Sweden's creatives are needed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-\nAll the good initiatives that are now taking place in the context of the Corona crisis also need\nwith the same high degree of creativity, innovation and new thinking in the\n climate work. So let's use this decade of turmoil to\n solve our common problems with new sustainable approaches and put the right\ncourse for the future,\" says Mats Widbom<\/strong>, CEO of Svensk Form. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cooperation\n with Svensk Form is part of Proto Proto's new venture, Proto Projects,\n which focuses on creative workshops, interactive seminars and\nnational and international collaborations. Proto Proto's motto is empowerment through design<\/em>, and with this new initiative, the design studio wants to create the conditions for new collaborations and reach further with its message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-\n Creativity is exactly the superpower we need to create a more\nand sustainable future. We both believe in and work for a fair\nworld, where quality always comes before quantity and the creative person\n is the norm. We believe that creativity must be a matter of course when we\ndevelop all parts of society. Through Proto Projects we hope to\nestablish more exciting collaborations that help to spread both\ncreativity and action,\" concludes Anna Parry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
