Mental ill health is on the rise and\nstudies show that we are feeling worse today, which not only costs human suffering\nbut also affects the global economy. Through social community,\nparticipation, meaningfulness and physical activity, BRILJERA contributes to a\nwell-being and ultimately a sustainable society. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BRILJERA is an inclusive game where everyone is a winner.\nThe game is a way to meet and lay the foundations for closeness and security\nbetween people. When participants meet friends and family or meet new\nacquaintances, BRILJERA helps them get closer to each other. Meeting in\naround a game like BRILJERA is a simple way to increase our health and well-being.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The creator Anette Sj\u00f6backa, licensed occupational therapist and\ncoach and founder of the game BRILJERA, has been working for several years with\nguiding and coaching people. She meets people suffering from mental health problems on a daily basis.\nmental illness and believes that it is possible to influence well-being through social community,\nparticipation, meaningfulness and physical activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>BRILJERA wants us to see ourselves and each other exactly as we are. If BRILJERA can make a positive difference to someone, it's worth everything - if we feel good, we do good things,\" says Anette.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The game encourages participants to listen to themselves\nand others and it is thoughts, feelings and actions that determine what happens\nduring the game time.
