Barbro has previously worked as a senior business developer within the organisation and has experience of the innovation system and the creative sector at regional, national and international level. The business incubator's former CEO Marlene Johansson is moving on to a research position at RISE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>- It feels both inspiring and fun to further develop what Marlene has initiated during eXpression Ume\u00e5's last three years. The creative sector in Ume\u00e5 has never been more interesting and exciting. These are entrepreneurs who are constantly at the forefront, developing new business models and taking responsibility for sustainable development in a natural way. As an incubator for these progressive industries, it is therefore particularly important to continue to develop and challenge ourselves.
