Flora-L designs patterns based on microscope images of plants, fungi and algae.
With unique and beautiful designs, the entrepreneurs behind the company want to increase the fascination for flora and plant research. The founders of the company are trained plant biologists and the fascination for the microscope images comes from research at SLU, among others.
The patterns Flora-L develops are used for clothing, accessories and interior design.
Flora-L participated in the eXpress programme in spring 2019 and was admitted to the Creatives incubator later that year.
