Erik, also known as the rapper Erk, is one of the creators of Storspoven AB and the hip-hop collective Random Bastards. Mästerbotten's double-headed landscape creatures glance around randomly at music, boards and design. Taking its cue from the creative collective Random Bastards - founded in 2002 and consisting of Cleo, Gonza-Ra, Fricky, Marc UÅ & Trainspotters among others - Storspoven creates high quality, limited edition clothing, vinyl & accessories. Erik will be on the panel.

Maria is the founder and owner of Östensson's Interior Design Studio, an award-winning sustainable interior design company based in Sweden. Driven by a deep belief in the power of design and sustainability, they create concept-based and sophisticated spaces for people and nature to enjoy. Maria participates in the panel.

Co-founder of the Umeå-based brewery Bryggverket - a small brewery started by four guys with a great passion for beer. They describe their beverages as unexpected - flavours that surprise, made from the best of ingredients, also nicely packaged. Patrik joins the panel.

The 90-year-old from Sápmi who is a pop artist, songwriter and entrepreneur. With one foot in Sápmi and one on the tiny Caribbean island of St. Croix, her music reaches straight to your heart, no matter where you're from. Natalie will perform at the end of the event.

Marlene, PhD in Business Administration with a specialisation in innovation and entrepreneurship, has been the director of Sliperiet (now Curiosum) from 2014-2017 and responsible for building the innovation environment with digital labs, workshops, co-working space and meeting places. In autumn 2017, she took over as CEO of eXpression Umeå.

Formerly, among other things, head of business at Umeå municipality, now chairman of eXpression Umeå's board, participates and shares his thoughts on the future.

Since January 2019, Annakarin works as a business developer and programme manager for the accelerator programme eXpression Future Retail Lab. Annakarin has her background in Umeå University with more than twenty years of experience as a teacher, internet researcher and manager. As an entrepreneur, Annakarin runs a creative studio in Umeå for 12 entrepreneurs and a clothing brand. In addition, she writes in various forms and for various publishers and lectures and moderates galas and conferences. Annakarin often answers media questions about different perspectives on the digitalization of society.
