eXpression Umeå and Future Retail Lab invite you to a workshop with Anki Berg, Kulturinformation.

In this workshop, Anki Berg talks about the prerequisites for delivering good hospitality and together we analyse which elements your business needs to gear up. Maybe your hosting is already at a high level, but how do you make sure the rest of your business lands there too? Hospitality 2.0 is not about smiling or that the customer is always right, it is a method to secure your business for a long time to come.

The workshop is offered on two different occasions: 15th October and 20th October between 08.00-09.30. Places are limited. The event is free of charge and breakfast will be served in conjunction with the workshop.
