John has a background in skate and has always had a flair for visual expression. In starting the company, John has worked closely with hip-hop collective Random Bastards, helping to create films and photography, among other things. From there, the company has grown through additional film/photo assignments as well as his own film projects with other creatives.

John Sandin participated in the eXpress programme in spring 2019 and was accepted to the Creatives incubator later that year.
