Carola Wiklund, alumna of eXpression Umeå, is one of the 15 selected design talents who will showcase their work at Formex Design Talents on 17-19 January 2025 at Stockholmsmässan.
"It feels so exciting, challenging and fun to be nominated. It means a lot to me that my acoustic art attracts interest," says Carola Wiklund.
Formex Design Talents is a prestigious platform for emerging designers to showcase their innovative and sustainable design solutions. The exhibition serves both as a temperature gauge for the latest design trends and as a springboard for future career opportunities.
During the fair, participants also compete for the award "Best in Show" where a winner is chosen based on the strength of the idea, design and presentation.
Carola develops artistic and smart acoustic solutions in timeless and functional design. Her target audience ranges from private individuals to public organisations, and her work combines aesthetics with functionality.
