Businesses check in

This week, the Creativs companies checked in by discussing the work and development of the last six months and presenting a future action plan. The presentations were held in front of the whole team by eXpression's business developers, with the aim of giving the companies new perspectives and input for their further development.

After two intensive days of company presentations and check-ins, all Creatives companies have now completed a comprehensive review of their respective businesses. In addition to presenting any adjustments to their business plans, the participants have also had the opportunity to discuss their main challenges and opportunities for what lies ahead. Participants have also presented objectives for the next six months and had the opportunity to discuss their even more long-term goals.

When we transformed our incubator activities into a programme, we also took the opportunity to develop our half-yearly reviews. In addition to presenting the current and desired situation, each company has also presented a strategy for how the work can be carried out. What does the action plan look like and in what ways can we - the team at eXpression - provide support? "It's important to stop, reflect and put your development into words," he says. Anna Wikholm and Annakarin Nyberg, responsible for the incubator programme at eXpression.

In summary, it can be said that all companies have made great strides in their development and several companies have already exceeded the objectives they set for their first period in the programme. Some companies have already left the office environment to further develop their activities in their own premises.

The next check-in will take place in February 2024, when the one-year Creatives incubator programme ends. The audience will be expanded to include the other companies in the programme.

Maybe we should call it a check-out, where we together with the companies have a dialogue about a possible continued business development support and what the needs are for remaining in the business," says the director. Anna Wikholm Kjellberg.
