Creatives are up and running!

Creatives are up and running!

Round two of eXpression's Creatives incubator programme started on 7 February. Ten enthusiastic entrepreneurs have now entered the programme and are ready to take the next step in their journey towards running sustainable businesses. During the year, the companies will be offered workshops, business coaching and the opportunity to strengthen their networks.

We have managed to get a heterogeneous group of driven entrepreneurs and it feels like they are looking forward to this year just as much as we are, which is usually a good recipe for a successful programme. We can also already see that there are potential collaborations within the group, which is super fun and something that we think is important to be able to contribute to," says Per Vågebrant on eXpression.

Alfred Sahlén driver Verkstad AS, a company that designs and manufactures unique objects in Pewter and Aluminium, is clear about the goal of its company (and takes the opportunity to place a small advert.

I want to develop both method and goals for the future and I want to find a bigger workshop in Västerslätt! Let me know if you have any tips!

Lisa Bjurdamm, seamstress and clothing designer who runs her own company, Solsmula, says this when asked what she is most looking forward to at Creatives:

Being supported by a coach to take steps forward. Along the way, I also look forward to meeting other creators and finding a little more courage.

Creatives 2024

Creatives runs for one year, with the possibility of a needs-based extension. There are a total of 13 workshops in areas such as business models and business environment analysis, branding, communication strategies, pricing and packaging. In addition, time is offered with industry experts and business coaches to drive the companies' development forward.

The programme is aimed at entrepreneurs who have a developable product, tested against an intended target group and market - in the cultural and creative industries. Participants are part of the eXpressions community and environment, which includes office space, two makerspaces and networking opportunities.
