The Real Group Academy is an initiative to promote music through courses, coaching and workshops with a high degree of co-creation. 

The Real Group Academy grew out of the a cappella group The Real Group. Over the years, three elements developed that became central to developing the way of working with music, positive reinforcement, focusing on distinct identified goals and improving group interactions. These elements are the foundation of the workshop methods the company now offers.

Peder Karlsson participated in the eXpress programme in spring 2018 and later that year The Real Group Academy was accepted into the incubator.
