On Tuesday, April 9th, eXpression was invited to inform the retailers in Umeå city centre about the accelerator program Future Retail Lab. The interest in the initiative was high, which was also reflected in the large number of participants during the meeting.
Håkan Gustavsson, representative of the Merchants' Association Foundation, which has financed the establishment of the national programme in Umeå, was among the participants.
Martin Lindfors, centre manager in Umeå, was very pleased with the good turnout among the members and looked forward to the exciting venture into the sustainable trade of the future.
This is an important and good initiative for the trade in Umeå and Sweden. I look forward to following the development of the Future Retail Lab and the selected companies that get the chance to be part of the programme," says Martin Lindfors.
Future Retail Lab is a national initiative at eXpression Umeå. Behind the establishment is the Swedish Commerce Federation through the Merchants' Association Foundation. Annakarin Nyberg and Anna Wikholm at eXpression Umeå gave information during the meeting.
