The eXpression Future Retail Lab business development programme was launched on 31 August and a motivated group of entrepreneurs met for the first time. The initial meeting included company presentations and a review of the programme's content, approach and purpose. The new group of entrepreneurs was also joined by a participant from the previous round of the programme - Andreas Bäckström from the games store Fantasia. Andreas shared his experiences and gave advice on how participants can best work to develop through the Future Retail Lab.

All participating companies were then given the opportunity to present themselves and their activities and to share the objectives of their participation in the programme.
