eXpression together with Coompanion and Umeå University Holding has been awarded funds from Vinnova to work with social innovations in the north.

The project is a strengthened innovation support for social innovations and involves supporting established innovation promoters who want to create better conditions for social innovations to develop and be used in society. This may involve developing outreach and working methods, services, networks and expertise, or providing effective support to social enterprises. It also aims to establish new partnerships, processes and tools to support social enterprises.

The project runs for 3 years and is coordinated by Coompanion.
