Prototype Week

In August, your ideas can make Vasaplan and the city centre safer and more fun to hang out in.

We are now looking for enthusiastic students and entrepreneurs in design and architecture!

Do you want to contribute to a safer Umeå and improve the flow in the city centre? For seven days in August, your creativity will be mixed with insights from five design workshops that ran during the spring. Then, it's up to you and your team to shape an idea and create a public prototype in the city centre.

This year's mission focuses on Vasaplan and the city centre. We are looking for solutions that:

Creates good flows of people
Provides security and trust around the clock
Building on what already works - with impacts that can actually materialise in 2-5 years

A more detailed letter will be sent out after the admission decision.

How to apply:

Submit your application by 25 May. Attach portfolio or other relevant material by providing us with a link to the content.

The application is done via a form (see link at the top or in the info box). After submitting your application, you will receive feedback from one of eXpression's coaches.
