With springtime comes the first eXpress round of the year, now underway, and the programme features a bunch of driven creators and entrepreneurs, ready to put their business ideas to the test. The programme, which runs until the end of May, allows participants to test their ideas, products and businesses through proven workshops and individual business coaching.
For this spring's round of the programme, eXpression has strengthened the business support with business coach Fanny Lindén with valuable experience as an entrepreneur and in design & product development.
I look forward to following this year's participants with their valuable business ideas, strengths and drivers. This group feels incredibly strong with their diverse experiences and backgrounds. This strength will of course be important for all participants as they can give each other new perspectives and insights," says Fanny Lindén.
One of the participants in the programme is Linn Backman, who is studying to become a sustainability specialist and developing her company RELINNDESIGN.
I'm doing the express programme because I see it as a very good and broad platform for what I want to build when it comes to sustainable and circular textile design and remake, says Linn Backman.

Remake fashion great again - creating fashion from textile residues and resources
Gustav Skoogh - Studio Sirka
The company will offer graphic design, illustration. Gustav is a creator educated at Konstfack University of Arts, Craft & Design.
Elin Molander - Elin Molander Design
Designs, manufactures and designs interior products and sells industrial design services by hiring itself out as a consultant in design, product development and visualization.
Lukas Bengtsson, Chala Said, Simon Johansson - IKIGAI
Will create a brand of clothing and also provide products and services. They are 3 friends who come from a background of addiction and mental illness and have now got their lives back on track. They want to inspire and hope to be role models to others with similar backgrounds.
Axel Josefsson - Josefsson Design Studio
Wants to open a design studio exclusively dedicated to circular design for public spaces. Mainly furniture/functional installations for spaces such as parks, city centres and so on.
eXpress is for those who have a creative business idea and want to explore the possibilities of developing it into a sustainable business. The programme will provide you with tools and methods to effectively test your creative business idea. You will have access to workshops, business coaching, office space and community.
