NEW GAME LAUNCHED FOR INCREASED WELL-BEING

During December, BRILJERA, a game developed by Anette Sjöbacka with the aim of increasing people's well-being. Mental ill health is on the rise and studies show that we are feeling worse today, which not only costs human suffering but also affects the global economy. Through social community, participation, meaningfulness and physical activity, BRILJERA contributes to a well-being and ultimately a sustainable society.

BRILJERA is an inclusive game where everyone is a winner. The game is a way to meet and lay the foundations for closeness and security between people. When participants meet friends and family or meet new acquaintances, BRILJERA helps them get closer to each other. Meeting in around a game like BRILJERA is a simple way to increase our health and well-being.

The creator Anette Sjöbacka, licensed occupational therapist and coach and founder of the game BRILJERA, has been working for several years with guiding and coaching people. She meets people suffering from mental health problems on a daily basis. mental illness and believes that it is possible to influence well-being through social community, participation, meaningfulness and physical activity.

BRILJERA wants us to see ourselves and each other exactly as we are. If BRILJERA can make a positive difference to someone, it's worth everything - if we feel good, we do good things," says Anette.

The game encourages participants to listen to themselves and others and it is thoughts, feelings and actions that determine what happens during the game time. The game contains curious, playful and thought-provoking suitable for all occasions and allows participants to be inspired by the environment they are in, making each play session unique and what anything can happen.

The game will be sold by Anette via www.briljeramera.se and after the end of the year it is also available at www.worldofboardgames.com.

Already in the coming 18 - 19 December, BRILJERA will be released and available for sale in eXpression Pop-in in the MVG gallery.
