This year's Umeå Fashion & Design is over and eXpression Umeå would like to thank the organizers and creators for a fantastic collaboration. The weekend ended with a grand finale and vernissage in the eXpression Pop-in in MVG where the students who completed the 12 hours of creativity workshop, led by Anna Parry, showcased their results. The next step in the development of the eXpressions Pop-in in the gallery is that Maria Östensson, Östensson design studio will decorate the space.   

Maria also held the very well attended and appreciated lecture on the future of the experience store at Rex on Friday. Hundreds of interested participants came to listen to Maria's lecture and continued then went on to visit the future shop she has created in Utopia. Utopia also hosted an interesting panel discussion on the future of representatives from the accelerator programme Future Retail Lab participated together with centre manager and Umeå municipality's business manager Peter Juneblad.

Several creators from eXpression Umeå participated in the Creative studio in MVG and in the Fashion pop-up in Utopia.
