LisaLove Bäckman is a self-taught photographer known for her fine art photographs and for her strong self-portraits. Her images are described as expressive, intense and dark, but also playful, dreamy and beautiful. Eljest is currently showing an exhibition of 14 art photographs by LisaLove. You can see these until the 5th of September in the Eljest barn.

Collaborating and promoting local creators and artists is a matter of course at Eljest. The art exhibition with LisaLove was therefore a natural fit.

The exhibition is also part of Konstrundan i Umeå, organised by Umeå Folkuniversitetet. Artists and artisans open up their studios and workshops and welcome everyone to take a tour of Umeå and the surrounding area to enjoy the art that is created here in the area. The art tour will take place on 4-5 September between 11-16.
