The academic business incubator focusing on artistic, cultural and creative industries eXpression Umeå has launched a collaboration with the sustainability organisation Sustainergies. In the collaboration, student consultants from Sustainergies insight into the world for start-ups while helping creative companies develop their sustainability efforts. 

We look forward to an exciting collaboration during the workshop between the student consultants and the creators. It feels important that we get involved with a sustainability perspective early in the creators' business journey, says Kajsa Högberg, project manager for Sustainergies Umeå.

Sustainergies is a national organisation that recruits student consultants from Sweden's various universities to work with local companies and help them with sustainability issues.

The first activity within the collaboration is a joint workshop on sustainability with about twenty students from different faculties of Umeå University together with the participants of the eXpressions pre-incubator programme eXpress.
